WIRED & AMD "Make a Scene" at CES

The Gift

WIRED has teamed up with Advanced Micro Devices (AMD) to launch the "Make a Scene" initiative at this year's Consumer Electronics Show (CES) in Las Vegas. AMD, a technology company known for delivering vivid digital experiences; and, WIRED, the magazine of innovation and design, have collaborated for the "Make a Scene" initiative at CES. Together they will transform the Grand Lobby of the Las Vegas Convention Center into a visually immersive experience where visitors can test and tinker with the latest products from AMD and the WIRED Store in NYC.
"We're thrilled to be working with a company like AMD that shares WIRED's enthusiasm for innovation and cutting-edge of technology," says Howard Mittman, VP & Publisher of WIRED. "The Grand Lobby will be the place to record your CES experience by making a movie, designing a magazine cover and sharing those creations with friends in a fun, engaging way."
"WIRED and AMD have a shared appreciation for innovative products that cause people to stop and rethink what is possible - with a focus on delivering tomorrow's technology today," said Nigel Dessau, chief marketing officer, AMD. "This shared vision made collaborating with WIRED a natural fit and the "Make a Scene" showcase the perfect venue to bring the revolutionary AMD Fusion Accelerated Processing Unit (APU) to life."
